This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Consultant.

As well as having strong functional skills and experience around PeopleSoft HR/Payroll you will also have attention to detail, have a customer focused approach to work, be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be an experienced Functional Analyst in PeopleSoft HR Payroll systems and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, client service, analytical and problem solving skills.

Skills Required

  • Solid experience in PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0, ideally Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Global Payroll, Absence and Workflow.
  • Experience with Australian Payroll
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and an ability to think laterally to identify practical and workable solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative to be pro-active in resolving issues and developing new systems and work practices and ability to adapt to changing work practices and evolving technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team, and to work with other technical staff and project management staff.
  • Ability to mentor staff.
  • IT degree or similar.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interaction with clients to gain an understanding of requirement and processes through meetings, workshops and discussions.
  • Set-up and configuration of the applications including unit test and support of user acceptance testing.
  • Assistance to Technical Lead in management and administration of Team tasking including Change Control and Release Management.
  • Support the development team with understanding the business requirements and translation into any technical development.
  • Analysis and application of patches.
